POWER Engineers Adds Food Processing Expertise With Acquisition
HAILEY, IDAHO — POWER Engineers Inc. announced today it has combined with Blue Chip Engineering (BCE) of Boise, Idaho. BCE specializes in process engineering, packaging and material handling system design, and systems integration services to the food and beverage industry.
John Cavanaugh, POWER Engineers’ Industrial Division Vice President, noted the addition of BCE allows POWER Engineers to offer a comprehensive array of services to food and beverage clients. “BCE’s exceptional strength inside the plant, in processing and packaging, combined with POWER’s expertise in site selection and development, and building and utility systems design, will bring an unmatched depth of service to our clients.”
BCE, a business unit of POWER Engineers, will operate from POWER’s West Boise office on Eagle Flight Way. BCE will retain its Plover, Wisconsin office. POWER Engineers now has 534 employees in 10 office locations across the United States.
