POWER Engineers Tops ENR T&D Firms Listing
HAILEY, IDAHO — POWER Engineers Inc. has moved to the No. 1 position on Engineering News-Record magazine’s 2003 list of top transmission and distribution firms, according to ENR’s supplement “The Top 500 Design Firms Sourcebook 2003” published in June.
“Our No. 1 ranking is a testimony to loyal clients and employees’ hard work to keep those clients satisfied,” said T&D Division Manager Bill Eisinger. “Our clients have helped us grow from a two-man firm in 1976 to what we are today with 525 employees and offices worldwide.”
In addition to placement among the upper fifth of ENR’s Top 500 Design Firms, the 27-year-old design engineering firm’s 2002 revenue has resulted in continued rankings on ENR’s Top 25 in Power, Top 25 in Telecommunications and Top 25 in Fossil Fuel lists. ENR bases the rankings on 2002 market revenue data provided by participating firms on its Sourcebook Market Survey.
“We pride ourselves in providing quality personal service to our clients,” adds Eisinger. “Our flexibility and ability to respond quickly to clients’ needs have been key to our firm’s survival and growth in the current economic environment.”
