200,000 Square Foot Bakery Facility: Mechanical, Structural and Controls Design Services

POWER provided mechanical, structural and controls engineering services for our client’s new 200,000-square-foot food processing facility. The scope involved HVAC improvements to mitigate environmental comfort, air contamination and related manufacturing operations problems. The use of indirect evaporative as well as heat recovery equipment was carefully evaluated. This project also involved design of a structural system to support the new HVAC units and design of a 4,800-square-foot building addition to house new HVAC, chiller and mechanical equipment.
