POWER assisted our client with two 1,200 bottles per minute, .5 liter PET bottling lines at their New England facility. Services included complete electrical and controls engineering design, on-site construction support and systems integration. POWER provided bottle blow molding, filling, labeling, case packing and palletizing for line operations. Line integration tasks included the commissioning of new PLCs and control systems and overall management of several vendor systems to achieve a fully integrated line. POWER also provided process design, utility design, mechanical packaging design, and electrical/controls design assembly of bid packages. Work included a new packaged ammonia chiller, cooling tower, tower water pumps, tower water sump, tower water piping, chilled water pumps and piping. Start-up support services to commission the two water bottling lines were supplied as well as Building and Infrastructure design to modify the existing building to support the two additional lines, 10 and 11.
