Client: St. Luke’s Regional Medical Center
Location: Boise, Idaho

Our team was selected to provide design services for the build-out of the first and second floors of the East Tower of St. Luke’s Regional Medical Center in downtown Boise. This project included:

Scope of work included the design, specification and selection of HVAC systems, heating water systems, plumbing systems, medical gas systems, electrical distribution systems, nurse call systems and fire alarm systems. Mechanical challenges addressed included limited interstitial spaces above the ED and NICU departments making routing and coordination of ductwork and piping systems critical with other disciplines as well as providing strict pressurization and HEPA filtration control for both negative and positive protection rooms.

POWER previously designed the shell and core of the building.
