Our team provided services for a leading bakery client’s $100 million, 385,000 square foot greenfield facility. This is a fresh bread facility that includes processing capacity for six different products, including bread, rolls, English muffins, rye, tortillas, and pita bread. We provided processing and packaging layouts for bulk storage; bulk liquids; the dry ingredient blending area; the pan storage and retrieval system; and the mixing, makeup, proofing, ovens, coolers, slicer/baggers, basket wash system; and delivery. Project scope included processing and packaging engineering, electrical power, and mechanical utilities design.
