Client: Instituto Costarricense De Electricidad (ICE)

ICE needed to expand their existing GIS in order to provide timely and accurate information to all levels of the organization to aid decision making. ICE requested a Needs Assessment and Go Forward Plan that provided recommendations and best practices for their organization, data, software, hardware, methods and procedures, training, and network architecture.
Accomplishments
- Increased operational efficiency and customer satisfaction by leveraging their internal team’s organizational and technological capabilities
- Harmonized efforts among 12 departments by improvements in sharing, integrating and standardizing information
- Applied new technology to achieve enterprise goals as a result of POWER’s go forward planning
