This leading food manufacturer found that a percentage of the client’s product on each campaign was rejected by the consumer because of over-toasting or clumping found in the package. Product was returned through the customer complaint process, taking several weeks to be returned from the point of manufacturing, thus making it difficult to determine the root cause of the complaint. POWER’s team was tasked with finding a diagnostic tool to gather real-time data and enable food quality to identify the root cause in a shorter time period.
