SearchWhy Work For POWER?
As engineers, scientists and consultants, we create innovative solutions for our clients. So, we value smart people who can solve problems. And to ensure we get the very best, we pay for great performance, offer exceptional benefits, create a fun workplace, and provide you the freedom to develop and become a master of your craft.

Fun Work
For many of us, this is a calling. It's fun when your team is put to the test and overcomes the challenges to deliver quality work to a client in need. It's so much fun, you'll want to do it again and again.

Deep Training
We owe our achievements to our people and their deep technical skills. To make sure they are well-prepared, we have developed hundreds of training courses that cannot be found anywhere else.

Career Empowerment
You can earn the freedom to take your career anywhere you want. Just demonstrate that you can be successful on a smaller scale and you'll be rewarded with more and more opportunities.
Our Culture
Combining a can-do mindset with a fun-loving spirit, we value performance over conformance. For example, our casual workplaces allow you to come as you are, so you can be more creative. And we take time out for not one but two annual parties where you can unwind and celebrate our success—our winter 'Burnout' and our summer 'POWER Outage.'

Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG)
We believe in living our shared purpose to “Do Good. Have Fun. Build Success,” and our Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) program helps us do that. Our ESG Report provides a snapshot of the current state of our efforts and is a baseline for measuring our progress into the future.

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
We are intentional about creating an environment where mutual respect is the standard. Where we can educate ourselves about diversity, equity and inclusion. And where our employees can reach their full potential and feel comfortable bringing their authentic selves to work. We recognize that having a diverse, engaged workforce is not only good business practice but also the right thing to do.

POWER Foundation
We think globally and act locally. In 2013, we founded the POWER Foundation, a 501(c)3 dedicated to supporting STEM education. Our two-fold mission is to improve the communities where we live and work while inspiring a love of learning in future generations.

Veterans Welcome
We understand the challenges Veterans face as they transition into the civilian workforce. Having Veterans to turn to and connect with can help you feel the camaraderie you may be missing. The POWER of Veterans Employee Resource Group provides support and resources in the workspace and helps Veterans in our communities obtain rewarding careers.
